Join us for the Day of Remembrance (DOR), a community-centered gathering dedicated to honoring the legacy of George Floyd and reflecting on the movement for justice, healing, and accountability that continues to shape our communities today.
As we mark six years since that pivotal moment, DOR serves as a day of remembrance, reflection, healing, and collective activation. This year’s gathering will bring community members together through two meaningful experiences:
The Day of Remembrance creates space for the community to come together, honor the past, and recommit ourselves to building a more compassionate and just future.
Each gathering reflects a core tenet of our mission: to remember, to heal, and to activate lasting change.

We organize mission trips to expose individuals to conditions in underserved communities and engage in community service.

Our "Book and Breakfast Tours" provide breakfast and culturally relevant books to inner-city youth in the Twin Cities.

We provide technical assistance to inner-city youth applying for college, trade schools, or seeking community resources.

Join us for our Day of Remembrance event, let's collectively hold space and reflect on the profound moments that sparked change, fostering a sense of community and shared remembrance.
