Win Back is a Minnesota-based non-profit organization officially incorporated in 2020 with 501(c)3 status obtained in 2023. In the summer of 2016, we secured a public safety grant from the city of Minneapolis to support our programming. With these funds we were able to provide tools necessary to empower teens who have since become influential activators in the community.
Notable individuals include Lewiee Blaze, who collaborates with Ramsey County to prevent and respond to violence while leading his N4 collective, and Philli Irvin, who heads the Intro to Success organization and recently received a grant from the MN Black Collective Foundation.
Towards the end of 2016, we initiated the 'Don't Complain Activate' movement to mobilize the community. In 2021, the Pohlad Family Foundation recognized our efforts by awarding us a community grant. This grant has been instrumental in providing the much-needed resources to develop and expand our organization.
